Understanding architecture means understanding the ideas, values, and decisions that shape greatness. That is why yesterday, the UACS School of Architecture & Design had the pleasure of welcoming His Excellency Martin Pammer, Austrian Ambassador to the Österreichische Botschaft Skopje/Austrian Embassy Skopje, who delivered a guest lecture for our architecture students focused on the urban and cultural life of Vienna.

In his talk, the Ambassador reflected on how Vienna carefully balances its rich historical heritage with a dynamic contemporary identity - showing how tradition can remain an active and evolving part of a city’s architectural language rather than simply a memory of the past.
